Name, company/business name, city/country, telephone (via WhatsApp), email and enquiry text may be processed through enquiry forms and contact channels. Form fields are not stored on this site; the prepared message is sent only after you confirm it in WhatsApp. Server access logs may include IP address and technical records.
Personal data is processed to handle product and wholesale enquiries, manage customer relations, conduct communications, assess requests and complaints, meet legal obligations and operate information-security processes.
Data is processed on the bases set out in Article 5 of the Law — performance of a contract, legal obligation, establishment or protection of a right, and legitimate interest — and is collected via website forms, telephone, email and WhatsApp.
WhatsApp / Meta infrastructure may be used to deliver your enquiry. Transfers to competent public authorities may be made where legally required. Data may be shared with service providers to the extent necessary to operate the site.
Personal data is retained for the period required by the processing purpose and applicable limitation periods, then deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
Under Article 11 of the Law you may learn whether your data is processed, request information, learn the purpose and whether it is used accordingly, know the third parties to whom it is transferred, request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, request deletion or destruction, request that these operations be notified to third parties, object to a result against you arising solely from automated analysis, and claim compensation for unlawful processing.
